Yesterday, Tara and I took Theory to my favorite place in the world, the Natural History Museum. I love the weight, the institutional feel of the building, and how it serves as a temple for nature in the heart of the city – with reliefs of animals on the stone foundations. It is a place where I have an intense sense of comfort and familiarity and I was able to leave at the door all my worries about work and the world and show Theory the wonder of the world.
