Of course, Tara teaches such classes and I have also read quite a bit and so some of the information was redundant -– but the main benefit …

Tara and I have had a very relaxing time.  We had friends over for brunch today.  I made crepes with a crepe pan that Tara’s mom got for me.  It took a couple of practice tries but did not take long to get it down.
