For Laughs

27 June 2009 4 Comments

Being home with Theory can be a lot of work even though it does not seem like you are doing a whole lot.  She needs constant attention and interaction.  So despite the fact that Tara and I are both at home, I have found it difficult to go work out on a regular basis.

Clearly, some dad’s have been more imaginative than I in solving this problem.  Here is a dad who get’s a work out and a self-defense class without leaving the house.

Check it out.

Great videos! They are very funny and you have very cute little helpers. The exercise one is my favorite. In more than one occasion I’ve gotten a good workout just by taking care of my kids. It really works…. :-)

Hey that’s funny. No joke, when I used to watch Seth I would lay him on his blanket and entertain him (talk and make goo-goo faces) while doing downward dogs or push-ups. Of course you do have to quit push-ups before you feel you’re in the maxing out zone otherwise you risk falling on and crushing poor little baby.

And of course I would just strap him on the body and walk all the big hills nearby. In SF, that was plenty!

I was seriously in good shape watching Seth.

    I didn’t think of baby curls though! That’s a good one :)
